Cross-country Ski at the Achensee

With more than 200 km of cross-country ski slopes along Tyrol's largest lake, the Achensee region is renowned as one of the most beautiful Nordic ski centres in Tyrol. Ski across rolling hills by the lake, or up more challenging trails in the Karwendel – the ski tracks delight classic- as well as skating-style cross-country skiers.

In Pertisau, beginners can try the practice slope as well as get some professional help from cross-country ski teachers. In addition, our region even offers accessible tracks, suitable for adaptive Nordic skiing in Pertisau, Maurach and Achenkirch. Our region even offers a Nordic ski track allowing dogs.

There is only a small charge for cross-country skiers enjoying the well-prepared & maintained cross-country ski trails in Pertisau towards the Karwendel valleys, as well as the practice cross-country ski trail. As an AchenseeCard holder, your convenient guest card, you can also use these tracks free of charge. The other trails in Achenkirch, Maurach, Steinberg, and Wiesing can all be skied free of charge by everyone.
